Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Care (LTC) in Plymouth, Wisconsin. This position offers 48 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and evenings/nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents
• Assist with daily living activities
• Monitor and document resident health status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN
