Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Care position in Wausau, Wisconsin. The position is for 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, with a 12-hour shift, nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Document patient care and treatment in medical records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care protocols and procedures.
