Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Care (LTC) in Franklin, North Carolina. The position offers 42 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and operates on a day/night schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility setting
• Assist with daily living activities as needed
• Monitor and document resident health status
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies

Requirements

• Current licensure as an RN in North Carolina
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience in long-term care setting preferred
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards
