About the role
Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN specializing in LDRP (Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum) for a 13‑week assignment in New Hampton, Iowa. The position is 36 hours per week, 12‑hour day shifts, with employment type travel. The unit may require floating to Med‑Surg when there are no patients in the Birth Center; the facility recorded 126 births last year and sees a slight year‑over‑year increase. The agency is open to 4×12 schedules as well.
Responsibilities
- Provide labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum nursing care.
- Float to Med‑Surg unit as needed when Birth Center census is low.
Requirements
- Current RN license.
- Specialty experience in LDRP (Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum).
- Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, NRP.
- STABLE certification is a bonus but not required.
