Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $3,480 per week

Labor and Delivery Nurse in the L&D department is needed immediately for a facility with a focus on both mother and baby care. The position involves providing autonomous, high-quality care in a small, high-acuity unit, with a significant emphasis on strong experience in fetal heart monitoring and neonatal procedures.

Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery (L&D)
• Location: The organization's facility with a dedicated LDRP unit
• Shift: Night shift, 12 hours, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Schedule: 4x12-hour shifts per week, with a minimum of 48 hours weekly

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• Certifications: ACLS, NRP, AWHONN, BCLS
• Experience: 2 years of experience in L&D, experience in high risk/high acuity cases, strong fetal heart monitoring skills, familiarity with Centricity and Meditech Magic systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: Working with both mother and baby in a small, autonomous unit; ability to float to MedSurg, CNA, or assist in other capacity as needed

Additional Information

• The unit handles approximately 100 births annually, with a manageable volume, but demands experienced staff capable of managing high-risk cases with autonomy.
• The unit employs navy blue scrubs and operates under manager schedules.

Pay Package
