Required Qualifications

• License: Oregon RN license (unencumbered)
• Provider: Healthcare Provider Level BLS
• AHA: ACLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications
• Education: Verification of high school diploma or equivalent
