About the role

Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position in a healthcare facility located in Concord, Massachusetts. This role involves providing specialized care in the Labor and Delivery department during night shifts, contributing to maternal and neonatal health in a dynamic clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in Labor and Delivery
• Work scheduled night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 36 or 48 hours per week (3x12 or 4x12 shifts)
• Work every other weekend and holiday as required
• Float to postpartum units when needed
• Collaborate with the on-shift Clinical Resource Nurse to provide optimal patient care

Requirements

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts or ability to obtain one upon offer
• Travel and charge experience
• Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and fetal monitoring certification
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Labor and Delivery
• HWL coversheet required for onboarding

The unit includes 8 beds, with 6 triage beds and 2 operating rooms.
