Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,849 per week

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing assignment in Mitchell, South Dakota. As a Joint Commission‑certified staffing agency, MedPro places quality Labor & Delivery Registered Nurses with top healthcare facilities nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support for women before, during and after delivery.
• Address medical and emotional needs of patients throughout the birthing process.
• Care for women and newborns during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages.
• Monitor vital signs of mother and baby during birth.
• Monitor patients for potential high‑risk problems.
• Educate and support mothers and their families after giving birth.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS and AWHONN certifications.
• Minimum eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care Labor and Delivery setting.
• Additional requirements may be specified by the client facility.

Schedule

• Start date: November 2, 2026.
• Assignment length: 13 weeks.
• Hours per week: 36 hours.
• Shift: 12‑hour night shifts.
