Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,845 per week

Job Summary

Labor and Delivery Nurse (L&D) in Middlebury, Vermont. This assignment involves providing specialized maternity care within the labor and delivery department, supporting patients through childbirth and postpartum recovery. The position offers a stable schedule during night shifts, with an emphasis on quality patient care and teamwork.

Schedule

• Night shifts
• 12 hours per shift
• Minimum of 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
• At least 1 year of experience in labor, delivery, postpartum care, and newborn care
• Epic electronic medical record experience within the past 2 years
• Location requirements include current licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Vermont

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel experience is preferred

Additional Information

• Assignment for 13-16 weeks
• Must start on 08/10/2026
• A minimum of every other weekend scheduled
• No block schedules are permitted
• Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays
• All employment gaps over 90 days should be explained
• Complete work history information including bed count, EMR, and facility type is required to submit applications
• IVS to OFFER
• Shift details are based on a 12-hour night schedule
• Reliable transportation is strongly recommended; personal or rental vehicle with all-season or snow tires during November through April is advised

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
