Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,812 per week

About the Role

Malone Healthcare is seeking a Travel Nurse RN specializing in Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Boise, Idaho. This position offers 36 hours per week on a night shift schedule (12 hours).

Schedule

• Shifts: 4 x 12-hour shifts (06:45–19:30 or 18:45–07:30)
• No self-scheduling; shifts may be traded with manager approval
• Weekend requirements: Every other weekend
• Holiday requirements: Occasional scheduling possible, though efforts are made to avoid it
• No call or standby requirement
• Assignments communicated via app 1 hour before shift start
• Travelers may float mid-shift to different units/facilities as needed
• Orientation: 1 shift per site (4–5 shifts total)

All hospitals are within 20 minutes of each other, located near the interstate with safe parking available.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum (PP), and Antepartum units
• Circulate in the OR (preferred skill)
• Follow chain of command and utilize resources effectively
• Float to different units/facilities as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Not suitable for first-time travelers
• Excellent communication skills
