Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license
- Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 90 days of hire
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and STABLE certifications within six months
- Experience in LDRP or women’s health nursing recommended
- SSN and date of birth required for compliance
- One professional reference from entire work history
