Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,645 per week

About the role

This position involves performing patient care interventions related to labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care. The role requires assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure positive outcomes. The nurse will provide support for patients during childbirth, monitor fetal and maternal conditions, and attend to neonatal assessments following deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care interventions for labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure positive outcomes
• Provide support for patients during childbirth
• Monitor fetal and maternal conditions
• Conduct neonatal assessments following deliveries
• Float to another unit depending on facility census, serving as help or sitter as needed

Requirements

• ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE, and AWHONN certifications (must be through the American Heart Association)
• Wyoming Registered Nurse (RN) license or multi-state RN license
• Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in Level 1 Nursery, Postpartum, OB/GYN, and Labor & Delivery (L&D) care
• Experience in OB-GYN patient care including post-op hysterectomy, antepartum, triage, labor and delivery, and postpartum
• SageWest coversheet attached to submission
• Use of specified template for consideration

Schedule

• 12-hour day shifts
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 08/31/2026
