About the role
Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 9-week position starting July 27, 2026 in Devils Lake, North Dakota.
Responsibilities
- Care for women and newborns during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages of childbirth
- Coach women through the birthing process
- Maintain and monitor vital signs of both mother and baby
- Administer medication and manage potential complications
- Auxiliary in caesarian sections
- Provide education and guidance to new mothers on recovery and infant care
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in Labor and Delivery
- Active RN license
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Experience with neonatal care
- Strong communication skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
