Requirements

• Registered Nurse, LD Experience: 2 years
• Licenses: RN-MA
• Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed); ACLS(Copy Needed); NRP(Copy Needed)
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• References: 1 Reference in the last 24 months
• ACLS BLS NRP License in hand
