Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,542 per week
Specialty: Labor and Delivery (LDR / L&D; potential to float to Med-Surg/MS to take care of overflow and pediatric patients)
Position Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Target Start Date: 08/30/2026 (or ASAP)
Shift: Nights (3x12 Hours, 18:45 – 07:15)
Hours: 36 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in Labor and Delivery (LDR / L&D)
- Float to Med-Surg/MS or pediatrics as needed for overflow patients
- Work every other weekend
- Take 2–3 on-call shifts per month
- Work holidays on a rotating basis
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of LDR experience (3+ years in a rural hospital preferred)
- Current RN license
- Active AHA BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- Intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring class completed within the past 24 months
- Must commit to obtaining PALS prior to start
- Previous travel experience and EPIC charting are a plus

- Bi-weekly pay
- Facility may cancel up to 2 shifts per month due to low census with a minimum 2-hour notice (low-census time spent on-call at home is paid at the on-call rate; call-back work is paid at the call-back rate)
- Monday virtual orientation; credentials due 1 week prior to start
