Responsibilities
The unit runs AWHONN staffing ratios pretty much 80% of the time. Cervical ripening is 2:1, triage 3:1, stable PP mag 2:1, unstable mag or laboring mag 1:1, pit or active labor 1:1, early labor 2:1.

Requirements
- 2 years + experience in high risk OB
- High risk obstetrical bedside training
- Circulating in c/section in the labor and delivery area
- Recovering high acuity patients
Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: Experience with the following: Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN/LVN/Tech) Intermediate AWONN fetal monitoring certificate.
Qualifications
Patient Experience Required: At least 2 years high risk labor and delivery care.
Procedures performed on unit: Vaginal deliveries, c/sections, d&c, post delivery recovery care.
