Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active Utah RN license or compact state license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (copy needed)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (copy needed)
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (CERT-FHM) certification (copy needed)
• STABLE certification (CERT-STABLE) (copy needed)
• At least 2 years of recent labor and delivery experience
• SSN and date of birth required
• 2 professional references from the last 12 months
