Responsibilities

• Care for pregnant patients beginning at 17 weeks’ gestation
• Manage labor, obstetric triage, vaginal deliveries, and C-sections
• Perform scheduled procedures such as external cephalic versions and occasional cerclage
• Handle admissions, discharges, transfers, and preoperative care
• Use fetal monitors and document via Cerner and Fetalink systems

Requirements

• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility (radius requirement)

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience
• Cerner experience
• Active RN license in the state/district of assignment
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certification
• AWHONN Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring
