HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job at Reston Hospital in Reston, Virginia. This is a 13-week night shift position working 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts.

Unit specifics

• 15 LDR beds
• 3 OB triage rooms
• 3 ORs
• 4 bay PACU
• 4 antepartum rooms
• Level III NICU
• Documentation system: Meditech, CPN
• Scheduling: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
• Floating policy: within women's and children's service line
• Patient Experience requirements: labor and delivery, circulate C-sections, IV drips such as magnesium, high acuity

Certifications required

• BLS
• ACLS
• NRP
• AWOHHN Fetal Heart Rate Intermediate

Advanced skills needed

• Experience with fast-paced L&D unit
• Experience with scrub role and circulating in OR helpful
• Procedures performed on unit: C-sections, epidurals, spinals, cerclage, version
