About the Role

The role is based at a Magnet-recognized hospital known for its exceptional maternity care and patient-centered approach. The facility offers a supportive and collaborative environment, ensuring you have the resources needed to provide the best care for mothers and newborns.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for mothers and newborns in a high-risk, high-volume, and high-acuity setting.
• Manage up to 250 births per month.
• Perform tasks such as C-sections and managing neonatal care.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR).

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• BLS and NRP certifications.
• At least 2 years of experience in labor and delivery.
• Proficiency with EPIC.
• Strong clinical skills and effective communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, LD.
• Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted).
• Certifications: BLS; NRP; CERT-FHM.
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history.
• RN must have experience in the last year at a 250 births per month facility.
• FHM-Intermediate (Advanced is not required!).
• Must have EPIC experience.
• High risk, high volume, and high acuity hx.
• Must be able to circulate C-Sections.
• Must be able to manage 250 births.
