About the role
Travel RN – Labor & Delivery assignment in Austin, Texas. Anticipated start date is ASAP with a 13-week duration. 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Monitor laboring patients and fetal status
- Assist with deliveries and emergency interventions
- Educate patients/families on labor and postpartum care
- Recognize and respond to obstetric emergencies
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Active RN license in the state of practice (or compact license)
- Current BLS, ACLS, NRP certification
- 1–3 years labor & delivery experience
Qualifications
- Specialty certifications (preferred): RNC-OB, RNC-FMC
