Unit Highlights
- Unit: L&D (707) at Med City Weatherford, Weatherford, TX
- 4 LDR beds
- Patient ratios: 1:1 for pit, 2:1 otherwise
- Documentation system: Meditech / CPN
Responsibilities
- Labor and delivery, recovery, immediate newborn care (golden hour baby care)
- PACU for c-sections
- Circulate c-sections (ability to scrub c-sections is a preferred skill)
- Patient experience: AIDET, bedside shift report
Requirements
- Active TX RN License (temporary license not accepted)
- BLS, NRP, AWHONN certifications
- 2+ years of hospital/specialty experience
- Must be able to perform procedures listed under Responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to scrub c-sections
- Meditech experience
