Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,290 per week
About the Role
Travel Labor & Delivery RN position in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Start date: 09/07/2026, duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week on night shifts (7p - 7a) every other weekend and every other holiday. Floating is required.
Hourly rate: $90/hr approved. 1-2+ years of recent L&D experience required. BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Basic Arrhythmia Course certifications are mandatory.
48-hour guarantees are not available. Blocked scheduling may be approved. Patient ratio: 1-2 laboring patients. Unit details: 11 beds, 3-bed triage, 2-bed PACU, and 2 operating rooms.
Scrubs: Change into hospital-provided scrubs each shift. EMR systems: Cerner, GE Centricity.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for Antepartum, Intrapartum, and Surgical patients (RN circulates).
- Care for patients and neonates in PACU Recovery.
