Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, Labor & Delivery
• 2 years of experience
• Licenses: RN (Compact Accepted)
• Certifications: ACLS, NRP, CERT-FHM, BLS, C-EFM
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• 1 reference in entire work history

• Does HP have flu vaccination? (Yes, No, Willing to get, exemption, declination)

• Has the HP worked at a facility within this health system ever? Y/N. Within the last year? Y/N.
• Is HP willing to float? Y/N. Floating may be required to similar unit or sister facility.
• How many miles does the HP reside from this facility? Radius-50 miles-Bill rate for local candidates will be $10 below the posted travel rate.

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Start Date: ASAP

Pay

• Pay Rate: $2232.00 - $2347.00
