Schedule

• 12-hour shifts, days
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week assignment starting 08/24/2026
• Float rotation may be required

Responsibilities

• Interpret electronic fetal monitoring tracings
• Manage magnesium sulfate infusions
• Support patients during labor and postpartum
• Document using Cerner Power Chart

Requirements

• BLS (American Heart Association)
• Current Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification (preferably AWHONN but others accepted)
• 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery
• Arizona state nursing license or eligibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interpreting Electronic Fetal Monitoring tracings
• Experience managing IV starts
• Experience managing Magnesium Sulfate infusions

Additional Information

• Unit is a Level II maternity unit with approximately 1,000 births annually
• Clinical orientation specific to the unit will be provided
• Healthcare provider maintains a policy of cancellation up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
