Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery nursing care in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation
• Assess and monitor patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
• Support high-risk pregnancies and neonatal care as needed
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care

Requirements

• Active Georgia or compact RN license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of one year of recent labor and delivery nursing experience (2 years preferred)
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to adapt in complex clinical situations
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• SSN and date of birth required for compliance
• One professional reference required from entire work history
• Strict return-to-office (RTO) policy: maximum 3 days, no holidays, and upfront verification prior to job offer
