Responsibilities

• Verifying orders
• Patient assessments
• Educating patients
• Setting up procedures
• Circulating cases
• Administering moderate sedation
• Continuous hemodynamic monitoring
• Documentation
• Team coordination
• Participation in cath lab, electrophysiology, and neuro procedures
• Supporting cardiologist on‑call hours
• Adherence to unit‑specific orientation protocols

Requirements

• Current RN license (valid)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience
• Specific experience with Intra‑aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) management
• Local candidates within 80 miles of the facility
• If previously employed at Marshfield, experience must have ended at least 6 months prior to submission
