A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Interventional Radiology (IR) in Johnson City, NY. This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care within the IR department, ensuring adherence to all practice standards and regulations while promoting patient-centered care. The RN will assist with assessments, treatments, patient education, and support the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective care.

Schedule

• Rotating shift, 8-hour shifts
• Minimum of 40 hours per week
• On-call responsibilities one day per week and every third weekend (Friday at 1630 to Monday at 0730)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care within the Interventional Radiology department
• Assist with patient assessments and treatments
• Deliver patient education and support the interdisciplinary team
• Ensure adherence to practice standards and regulations

Requirements

• Current NYS RN license
• BLS certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross)
• 6 months to 3 years of nursing (RN) experience
• 0 to 3 years of management experience
• 5+ years of direct experience
• EPIC proficiency
