Travel Nurse RN - Interventional Radiology - $2,514 per week

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Englewood, Colorado. This role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre-procedure assessments, including reviewing medical history and lab results
• Educate patients and families about IR procedures, sedation, and post-procedure care
• Administer and monitor moderate sedation, ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, medications, and procedural details
• Collaborate with IR technologists, radiologists, and other healthcare team members to deliver coordinated care
• Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• One year’s recent experience as an Interventional Radiology RN
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ ARC) certification
• PALS or ENPC certifications (preferred)
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• RCIS/RCES certification (preferred)

Qualifications

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend
• Must be able to read/write and communicate in the English language
• Must be able to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficient in PC skills
• Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure
• Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and professionalism

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
