Travel Nurse RN - Intermediate Care - $3,360 per week

Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Intermediate Care for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin at a Magnet-designated academic medical center ranked as the number one hospital in Wisconsin, featuring a comprehensive Thoracic Surgery unit and an IMC Acute Med/Progressive Care unit.

Responsibilities

• Work 12‑hour evening/night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Monday through Friday schedule with every other weekend and some holidays required
• Float between the D6/5 IMC Acute Med/Progressive Care unit and the B4/3 IMC Thoracic Unit
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:3 for days, nights, and weekends
• Float as needed between units

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of acute care inpatient RN experience within the last 3 years in Intermediate Care specialty
• Telemetry, oncology, cardiac, and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience required
• Ventilator and transplant experience required
• ICU or IMC and surgical post‑op experience required
• Thoracic experience preferred
• Trauma Level II experience required; Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS (AHA only) certifications
• Wisconsin RN or compact RN license
• Pass a telemetry exam prior to start with a score of 80% or higher (two attempts allowed)
