Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care within an observation unit, focusing on patients with conditions such as anemia, cellulitis, COPD, dehydration, and post-operative Urology and Gastrointestinal cases.
• Float to inpatient units as needed.
• Adhere to evolving clinical protocols.
• Provide float coverage to all inpatient
