Travel Nurse RN - Intermediate Care - $1,970 per week

Job Summary

Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) Registered Nurse (RN) located in the healthcare organization's facility. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including monitoring and managing patients on telemetry, orthopedic, and rehabilitation units. The role requires flexibility to float between units and adherence to clinical guidelines for a variety of adult medical and surgical patients.

Schedule

• Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• State RN license
• BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in relevant settings
• Clinical experience with adult medical/surgical patients
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring
• Experience managing patients with hip fractures, osteomyelitis, cellulitis, acute kidney injury, pneumonia, bowel obstructions, and general medical/surgical conditions

Additional Information

• Candidate must be capable of floating between IMC, orthopedic, and rehabilitation units
• May care for COVID-19 patients

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
