About the role
Travel nursing position based in the central office, not at a cancer facility. Requires travel to select H+H facilities (details to be discussed during the interview process). Schedule is Monday–Friday, no weekends.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver evidenced-based educational programs and competency validation for oncology nursing staff.
- Collaborate with nurse leadership, clinical specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to support orientation, professional development, and continuing education.
- Monitor compliance with oncology-specific regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards, including ONS guidelines, chemotherapy/immunotherapy certification, and competency requirements.
Requirements
- New York State RN License
- AHA BLS Certification
- Current ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy Certification
- Current Oncology Nurse Certification
- Chemotherapy Certification (required)
- Preceptor Experience (required)
Schedule
- 8-hour day shifts
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, no weekends
