About the role
Outpatient Infusion RN position within a 75-mile radius of Utica, New York. Local candidates will be considered at a local rate. The role is in an Outpatient Infusion Unit with a shift of 5×8 days.
Responsibilities
- Provide infusion nursing care in an outpatient setting
- Administer chemotherapy and blood products
- Operate Alaris pumps, elastomeric pumps, Omnicell, Ascom, and glucometer equipment
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Float as required by the unit
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Chemo certification
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of one year of outpatient infusion experience
- Experience with EPIC electronic health record
- Ability to care for adult and geriatric patients
