About the role
Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus, New Jersey is seeking a travel nurse RN Infusion.
Responsibilities
- Provide infusion care to patients under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and medical protocols.
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and report any adverse reactions to supervising staff.
- Ensure proper documentation of all infusions, including patient information, medication details, and treatment outcomes.
- Adhere to infection control procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years Infusion RN experience
- Current NJ or Compact RN license
- BLS and ACLS certification required. (American Heart Association only)
- IV (e.g. CNRI) or Chemotherapy (e.g. ONS) certification required
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
