Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $3,095 per week
Job Summary
The organization is seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a position located in Kearney, Nebraska. This role involves providing specialized care to adult patients with complex conditions such as trauma, cardiac issues, overdose/substance abuse, sepsis, post-stent recovery, pacemaker placement, stroke, vascular cases, renal failure, heart failure, and respiratory distress. Candidates must bring their nursing license on the first day of the assignment.
Job Details
- Location: Kearney, Nebraska
- Shift Schedule: 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Employment Type: Travel
Required Qualifications
- Valid nursing license
- At least 2 years of ICU experience
- Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Experience with electronic charting in the EPIC system
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with patient monitoring and interpretation of monitor strips (GE monitors preferred)
Additional Details
- RTO requests upfront with seven days or less; no additional RTO will be approved after submission.
- Minimum holiday requirements include two holidays within the contract timeframe.
