Responsibilities

• Perform heart catheterizations
• Manage balloon pumps
• Manage continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
• Implement hypothermia protocols
• Perform cardioversion
• Insert central lines
• Administer medication drips

Requirements

• 1 year of current hospital ICU experience
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Certifications in National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

Qualifications

• Prior experience with Meditech electronic medical records system
• Previous travel experience in large facility ICU units
