Requirements
Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
Qualifications
Healthcare Provider Level American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required. No minimum years of experience required, although three years of ICU experience is preferred.
