Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' ICU experience, including Cardiac experience
• Willing to float to PCU and Med Surg, as needed
• Experience with IABP
• Experience with Impella
• Experience with CRRT
• Experience with Day 2/Day 3 post-op CABGs
• BLS ACLS PALS (PALS is required for all; Peds experience is highly preferred)
• NHISSE NE or compact license - active and in good standing
• EPIC experience

• Bed Size: 10 Beds (average daily census: 5+)
• Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 (lower acuity)
