Requirements

• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months (required)
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Travel experience (highly preferred)
• Active ACLS certification from an approved vendor (required, documentation needed)
• Active BLS certification from an approved vendor (required, documentation needed)
• Active Arizona state license
• Active driver’s license (required, documentation needed)
