Job Summary

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is based in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The role involves providing critical care to patients in a 20-bed unit with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:2. This assignment includes a night shift schedule, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on August 10, 2026. The position requires the ability to float to the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as needed, and candidates must meet all specified clinical and licensing requirements.

Job Details

• Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts, 725 North Street

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

• 2 years current Critical Care experience

• Willingness to float to PCU

• Own vehicle

• Ability to include all scheduled time off at submission

• All required documentation including supervisory reference, license, and certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• Personal scrubs of any color acceptable

• Block scheduling is not available for this need

• Dressed in personal scrubs of any color

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
