Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $2,295 per week

Travel RN ICU assignment in Tacoma, Washington. Start date 12/14/2026, 13‑week duration, 36 hours per week (10‑hour day shifts). Employment type: Travel.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS & ACLS certification
• At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute‑care ICU setting
• Other requirements as determined by the client facility

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and education/support to patients’ families
• Ensure proper functioning of life‑support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes
• Monitor heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration for signs of distress
• Administer medications, IVs, and insert catheters as needed
• Document medication administration meticulously
• Assist in emergency nursing procedures to promptly control changes in patient condition
• Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation accurately and effectively
