About the role
36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM), 3 shifts per week. Every other weekend required. Float to PCU and medical floors. Charting system: Epic. Facility is a Level II trauma center.
Responsibilities
- Provide intensive care to patients in a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Manage titrating drips, ventilators/BiPAP, and telemetry interpretation
Requirements
- Active RN license
- ICU experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Radius rule: assignment within 50 miles
- Return-to-work (RTO) policy: maximum 7 days per 13 weeks
- Scrubs: navy blue
