- Shift: 12 hours, days (3x12s, 7am-7:30pm)

Requirements
- Minimum of 24 months ICU experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - REQUIRED
- Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - REQUIRED
- Active ACLS certification from approved vendor - REQUIRED (documentation needed)
- Active BLS certification from approved vendor - REQUIRED (documentation needed)
- Active Driver's License - REQUIRED (documentation needed)
- Travel experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
- State license required: Arizona
