Schedule

• Rotating 12‑hour shifts
• Minimum 36 hours per week
• Variable weekend and holiday rotation
• On‑call and callback responsibilities every other week with a minimum of 2 hours

Required Qualifications

• Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
• American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• 2+ years ICU experience (critical access and rural experience highly preferred)
• Experience with EPIC charting
• Associate degree or nursing certificate

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate
• Willingness to float to similar units within skill set
• Ability to float to other Aspirus locations within a 40‑mile radius (Tomahawk, Howard Young, Eagle River)
• Flexibility for pre‑scheduled float assignments

Additional Information

• Contract may include up to 36 hours of low‑census unbillable time
• Compliance with flu and COVID‑19 vaccination policies required

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
