Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Formulate and implement care plans
- Provide direct patient care and documentation
- Deliver patient education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff as needed
- Adhere to regulatory standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN license
- BLS certification
- Experience in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the ICU specialty (preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred)
- Professional certification (preferred)
Schedule
- Night shift, 12-hour shifts
- Minimum of 36 hours per week
