Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to ICU patients.
• Maintain collaboration and communication within a multidisciplinary team.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and standards for intensive care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with ICU experience: 2 years minimum.
• Active RN license in Massachusetts (copy required).
• SSN and date of birth required for compliance.
• Two professional references from the last 48 months (minimum one supervisor).
• Include past 7 years of work experience (non-clinical work history may supplement if nursing experience is less than 7 years).
• References must be from the same skillset as the assignment.
• RN license copy must be on file.
• Must pass fit test (Y/N, answered in selling points).
• Flu vaccination on file or willingness to obtain (declinations not accepted).

Pay

Pay Rate: $2094.00 - $2202.00 per week. Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
