Pay
Highly competitive pay for travel professionals. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
36 hours per week. Shift: 12 hours, days.
Check for any duplicated content: Benefits list includes "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" which also appears in Pay section. Might be duplication but it's okay as it's in both. Could remove from Benefits to avoid duplication but it's a benefit listed. The rule: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it in Benefits as it's listed there. It's okay to have duplication. Check for any boilerplate: We removed EEO, E-Verify, Job ID, etc. Also removed "Other Duties Disclaimer" maybe? That's substantive? It's a disclaimer about duties; could be considered boilerplate but it's part of job description. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Other Duties Disclaimer" is legal-ish but it's about job duties. Might be considered boilerplate? It's a standard disclaimer. Safer to remove? The instruction says remove legal boilerplate. That includes disclaimer. So we should remove the "Other Duties Disclaimer" paragraph. Also remove "Start your rewarding career as a Travel ICU RN with Fusion Medical Staffing and join our mission to improve lives. Apply now!" That's application instruction/call to action, should remove. Also remove "Why Choose Fusion?" paragraph? That's promotional but not boilerplate; it's substantive about company. Might keep? It's about company mission; could be considered part of About the role? Might be okay to keep but could be considered fluff. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could include as part of About the role? But we already have About the role. The "Why Choose Fusion?" is more about company benefits; we already have Benefits section. Could be omitted to avoid thin sections. However it contains info like day one insurance, $0 copay for mental health services, scholarships and awards, exclusive discounts. Those are benefits not captured elsewhere? We have benefits list includes day one insurance, $0 copay for mental health services, scholarships and awards, exclusive discounts? Actually we have "Day one insurance, $0 copay for mental health services, scholarships and awards, exclusive discounts" as a bullet in Benefits. So we captured that. So we can omit the Why Choose Fusion paragraph. Also remove "About Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing" paragraph that repeats mission etc. That's also covered. Thus final HTML includes sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check that we didn't miss any substantive info: Specialty, Discipline, Start Date, Duration, hours, shift, employment type
