Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $1,838 per week
VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse for an ICU - Intensive Care Unit position in Asheville, North Carolina.
About the Role
This is a travel nursing opportunity at a hospital. The contract length is 13 weeks with a schedule of 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts (18:45 - 07:15). Both local and traveler candidates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients, including post-resuscitation procedures such as cardiac arrest management and stroke workups.
- Respond rapidly to emergencies with specialized skills in ACLS and NIHSS.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and effective care delivery.
- Monitor patient status and adjust treatment plans in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR system.
