VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospital contract in San Antonio, Texas. This position is for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / NCCU unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients in a critical care setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and utilize advanced life support skills.
• Document patient progress accurately using Meditech electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Adhere to hospital policies on safety, dress code, and floating procedures.
